High Sierra is a structure which is designed to allow each and every child to enjoy themselves and stay with their friends during playtime. It is part of our Fully Accessible series, which means that it is designed to accommodate children with any physical disabilities.
All areas of this structure are built to allow wheelchairs, which is why it uses low-incline 12 foot ramps to connect its three elevated platforms, which are large enough to allow wheelchairs to comfortably turn around for the trip back down. They are lined with a variety of activity panels, including a Drum Panel, Tic-Tac-Toe Panel, Spelling Panel, and Ball Maze Panel. The highest platform, which is three feet above the ground, even has a Double Slide. The platforms can alternately be reached by using the Pebble Path, Sea Creature Climber, or Pod Climber, which helps to relieve traffic along the ramps. On the ground floor, there is even a Store Panel with a Bench Panel, which is a nice additional area for children to sit and rest, or play imaginary games with.
