Missing, damaged, and defective parts ship from Gorilla directly. While WillyGoat will ship your swing set out immediately from our warehouse, replacement parts from Gorilla may take one week or more. If you have a replacement parts order, please call us so that we may place that parts order with Gorilla and follow up until it ships to you. Our warehouse staff are trained to package your goods exactly according to the specifications we offer. Before shipping, all goods are thoroughly inspected and secured. Everyday we deliver thousands of packages to customers from all over the world. This is a sign of our dedication to being the largest online retailer worldwide. Both Europe and the USA have distribution and warehouse centres.

Note: Orders that include more than one item are assigned a processing period according to the item.

We will inspect each and every one of the items before sending. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The expected delivery time is between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

Due to multiple parties which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we cannot effectively manage inventory. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any point. It's possible that you may not receive your order once it's been placed.

Our policy runs for 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund your order if it has been 30 days since the purchase.

To be eligible for a refund the product must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it in. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
