Materials: Chinese Cedar Wood, Plastic, Hardware.Pre-cut pre-drilled and pre-stained Lumber with factory applied child friendly stain. KidKraft has a 5-year manufacturer warranty on wood rot decay insect damage; 1-year on all other parts.

Missing, damaged, and defective parts ship from KidKraft directly. While WillyGoat will ship your swing set out immediately from our warehouse, replacement parts from KidKraft may take one week or more. If you have a replacement parts order, please call us so that we may place that parts order with KidKraft and follow up until it ships to you. Returns

Due to multiple parties which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we cannot effectively manage inventory. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any point. It's possible that you may not receive your order once it's been placed.

Our policy runs for 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund your order if it has been 30 days since the purchase.

To be eligible for a refund the product must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it in. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
