Materials: Cedar Wood, Plastic, Hardware. Pre-cut pre-drilled and pre-stained Lumber with factory applied child friendly stain. KidKraft has a 5-year manufacturer warranty on wood rot decay insect damage; 1-year on all other parts.

Approximate Assembly time: 12-16 hours. Recommended 2 people to assemble. Age Range: 3-10 with a maximum weight of 110 lb. per child up to 12 children.
